Zeke’s baby pictures were a delight to photograph in our South Riding, VA area studio. His loving parents purchased our Bebe Coterie package for Zeke. With this package, we enjoyed watching him grow through his baby portrait sessions during his first year of life.

During Zeke’s 1-Year Bebe Coterie portraits, we had the chance to do a multi-generational portrait of his family, including his twin brothers, aunt, uncle, parents and grandparents! As Northern Virginia photographers, it’s a joy for us to photograph children throughout their lives and to meet extended family. It provides depth and context to our relationship with the clients, and that enriches our portraits of them. The better we know our clients, the better it is all around. Zeke’s final Bebe Coterie portrait was after his one year birthday. By this time he was walking – no, he was running! It’s fun to see babies as they reach this significant milestone especially when we have done their newborn and six-month portraits. The physical and cognitive changes are pronounced. They are coming into their own as toddlers at age one.

From newborn to a year old in the blink of an eye! As a baby photographer near Round Hill, VA, we get such pleasure from doing first-year-milestone portraits. Those baby cheeks, lovable smiles, and little fingers and toes charm us every time! Zeke with his radiant 100-watt smile was no different.

First-year Milestones:
With his enormous and happy personality, this little guy could warm anyone’s heart! Parents Virginia and Jacob purchased our Bebe Coterie plan for their firstborn son Zeke. Virginia and Jacob understood the importance of memorializing those first-year milestones with our fine-art baby photography. They also knew (as do we all) that you can’t get those precious moments back. You won’t remember every day you spend with your child. Time fades or sadly erases so much in our lives. Newborn photography is especially poignant when we photograph the maternity images of the mother too! This was the case for us when we created Tara’s maternity portraits in our Potomac Falls area studio. Then she returned with her little JD and husband David for JD’s Newborn Session. It was a joy to meet this little guy and shoot his first-year milestones through our Bebe Coterie plan!

Our baby photography in the Potomac Falls, VA area is a fulfilling and enjoyable part of what we do as family photographers. It is a privilege we do not take lightly.

Virginia and Jacob were delightful wedding clients several years ago. We did not know it at the time, but that would be the beginning of a years-long relationship and some significant milestones!

Virginia and Jacob gave us the honor of shooting her maternity portraits. Later when they purchased our Bebe Coterie plan for their baby’s first year of life, we were thrilled! Not only had we photographed them at the start of their marriage, and then her pregnancy, we were now going to document the continuation of their family. As a portrait photography studio, it is a circle of life opportunity we cherish.

Once baby Zeke arrived, the Bebe Coterie plan meant we would shoot his first-year milestones! This type of “sequential” photography allows us a unique opportunity to become familiar with our clients in a way which only deepens our perspective on their lives and has a positive influence on their portraits.
 

 
Virginia and Jacob selected Wall Art collections in different finishes for Zeke’s portraits. A three-portrait Gallery Wrap collection was chosen for his Newborn Session. These black and white portraits are shown to great advantage in a Gallery Wrap Finish.

Portraits throughout the year were chosen in our Contemporary Ice Finish for Zeke’s one-year Wall Art Collection. This frameless option permits the portraits to be the focus of the finished product. It’s a perfect choice for a clean-lined and more modern look which blends well with any interior design.

Other favorite portraits were chosen for Zeke’s Bebe Coterie Album. All in all, this special family has wonderful memories displayed on the walls of their home and in a lovely album!

Our relationship with Virginia and Jacob has continued to grow. Twins were soon on their horizon, and we were excited to photograph the entire family – grandparents, aunt, and uncle included!
